Stay at the Irishman's Tower
Built in 1565, this ancient fortified Tudor - Elizabethan manor sits in a commanding position overlooking the
surrounding Lancashire countryside.
The Irishman’s Tower occupies one of the former garrisons that interrupt the ramparts surrounding Hoghton Tower. It can now be rented on a self-catering basis for your ideal rural retreat. The Irishman’s Tower will accommodate a maximum of two people.
This two-floor, cosy historic property has been completely refurbished. Whilst retaining all of its original features, it has been designed in line with contemporary tastes including a luxury spa bathroom, a flatscreen TV and internet access.
