A thousand years of history and many famous visitors (including Shakespeare, Dickens and royalty) guarantee a unique setting for your celebration. Champagne and canapés in the courtyard accompanied by a string quartet; a sumptuous buffet or banquet in the Billiard Room; an amazing Lancashire afternoon tea to celebrate a christening or anniversary or, for a larger formal occasion, there’s our spectacular Banqueting Hall for up to 120 people to enjoy fine dining and dancing, or a fun medieval-themed meal.
High on a hill in the heart of Lancashire, Hoghton Tower enjoys amazing views and excellent access. We’re ten minutes from the M6, M61 and M65; Manchester and Liverpool are an hour away; Preston Station, with routes to London, Birmingham, Glasgow and Edinburgh, is a 20-minute drive.
