MG 0206 2000x1200 - Irishman’s Tower

Irishman’s Tower

Irishman’s Tower

The Irishman’s Tower is found in one of the former garrisons at the front of the historic property, with beautiful views over the lush Lancashire countryside beyond Hoghton Tower’s iconic driveway. Spread over two floors, this self catering property for two boasts ancient interiors that have been refurbished to the highest specification. The fascinating original features remain, but with a modern twist, to create a contemporary cosy cottage feel.

As a nod to the numerous royals to have visited, there’s a luxury king-sized bed, plus shower, TV and Wi-Fi; the atmospheric open fire is perfect for setting the mood on a romantic getaway.

The Irishman’s Tower is the perfect spot for exploring the Ribble Valley and Lancashire countryside, and a great base from which to experience the richness and diversity of Lancastrian culture and food.

If you’re looking a little further, Hoghton Tower is just ten minutes from the M6, M61 and M65 and an hour’s drive from Manchester and Liverpool.

Please note that due to the historic nature of the building, The Irishman’s Tower is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. A full Access Statement can be found here.
