Our volunteers are vital in the running of Hoghton Tower, allowing us to continue working on restoring and preserving such a rich and important piece of Lancastrian history. From leading our guided tours of the house, to greeting guests, selling tickets and supporting special events, becoming a Hoghton Tower volunteer can be a really rewarding role, as well as incredibly enjoyable to be part of such a passionate team in an idyllic location.

Would you like to be part of an incredible team of volunteers who give their time and enthusiasm to help us preserve this iconic Lancashire landmark for future generations whilst sharing stories of its past with the visitors of today?
We are currently recruiting looking to fill the following roles:
- Visitor Engagement House Stewards on Saturdays
- House Tour Guides on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
