Join Carys Ainsworth Floristry at beautiful Hoghton Tower for a relaxed, beginner-friendly autumn floristry workshop.
During the afternoon, you’ll create your own seasonal floral arrangement using a real pumpkin as the container. Each pumpkin will be prepared in advance, so you can arrive ready to enjoy the creative side of the workshop.
Carys will guide you step by step through the arrangement, with plenty of individual help along the way. No previous floristry experience is needed.
Your finished pumpkin arrangement will be yours to take home and enjoy.

Set high above the Lancashire countryside, Hoghton Tower is a historic fortified house and one of Lancashire’s most distinctive heritage venues.
Hoghton Tower is cared for by the Hoghton Tower Preservation Trust, Registered Charity 508357. Visits and events help support the ongoing preservation and maintenance of the historic house and grounds for future generations.

On arrival, please follow the signage for car parking and then make your way to the main Gatehouse at the top of the driveway.
Please book in at the ticket office, which you will find on the left-hand side as you walk through the archway.

Final bookings for this workshop close on Friday 23 October 2026 to allow time for the pumpkins and floristry materials to be prepared.
The workshop requires a minimum of 6 bookings to go ahead. If the workshop cannot proceed due to insufficient bookings, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
All materials are provided and no previous floristry experience is required.
